1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph363.biz ("ph363," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph363 online casino and betting platform located at ph363.biz and any related subdomains, mobile interfaces, or services.

By creating a ph363 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the ph363 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the ph363 platform and must not create an account.

These Terms apply alongside any additional game-specific rules, bonus terms, and promotional conditions that may be published on the ph363 platform from time to time. 2. Eligibility

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable Philippine law.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) ph363 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. ph363 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts without notice and to confiscate any funds or bonus balances held in those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of your account details throughout your use of ph363. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and — where applicable — bank account or e-wallet details linked for withdrawal purposes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph363 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph363 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify ph363 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Account Verification

ph363 reserves the right to require identity and age verification at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts that fail to complete verification within 30 days of the request, or that are found to have provided false documentation, will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.

4. Deposits

ph363 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless a cryptocurrency payment method is selected, in which case the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will apply. ph363 does not charge deposit fees; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which ph363 bears no responsibility.

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your ph363 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may require up to one (1) banking business day to reflect, subject to the processing schedules of the originating financial institution.

ph363 reserves the right to refuse any deposit, request documentation of the source of funds, or place a hold on deposited funds pending further verification, particularly where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your ph363 account must have completed full KYC verification prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 100. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, subject to ph363's fraud prevention review procedures.
• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of approval for verified accounts. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, and Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day.
• Active bonus balances that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable until those requirements are met. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• ph363 may request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawal requests exceeding PHP 100,000, or for accounts that display unusual withdrawal patterns.

ph363 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any withdrawal that is found to be associated with fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms. Any fees imposed by the player's receiving bank or e-wallet provider are the player's sole responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

ph363 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. The following general rules apply to all ph363 bonuses unless otherwise specified:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount, e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each individual offer's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, bingo, and fish shooting games may contribute a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at any given time unless explicitly permitted by a specific promotion. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active and has not satisfied its wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or exploit ph363 bonuses — including but not limited to placing low-risk or opposing bets designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses have an expiry period within which wagering requirements must be met. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom are automatically removed from the player's account.

7. Gameplay Rules

All casino games available on ph363 are provided by licensed third-party game providers including, but not limited to, JILI Technology, Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and SA Gaming. Each game operates according to the specific rules and Return to Player (RTP) parameters established by its respective provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, ph363 will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly. Game outcomes that were incomplete at the time of a malfunction are voided, and any stakes placed on voided rounds are returned to the player's wallet. ph363 shall not be liable for any inconvenience or indirect losses resulting from technical disruptions to gameplay.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ph363 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Creating or using more than one ph363 account, regardless of the personal details used.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a ph363 account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated gameplay designed to manipulate game outcomes or bonus conditions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence system to interact with ph363 games.
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity through the ph363 platform.
• Accessing ph363 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable local law.
• Assisting, enabling, or encouraging any third party to conduct any of the above prohibited activities.

ph363 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be in breach of this section, and to report suspected illegal activity to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

ph363 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its players. We recognize that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and we provide a range of tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased without a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration reminders that notify them when they have been logged in for a specified period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gambling may apply for voluntary self-exclusion for periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and result in account suspension for the selected period. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

ph363 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Account activity that is inconsistent with legitimate recreational gambling.
• Upon request of the player themselves (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• By order of a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (i.e., balance not subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their last used verified payment method, subject to ph363's standard verification procedures. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds where wagering requirements are unmet will be forfeited upon account closure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph363 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenues, or anticipated savings from gambling activity.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, service interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond ph363's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any game strategy, tips, or third-party advice.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

ph363's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from a single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

ph363 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free of errors, or uninterrupted. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated to players via site notices where practicable.

12. Privacy

ph363's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating a ph363 account, you consent to the processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

ph363 complies with applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), in respect of all personal data collected from Filipino players.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph363 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address on file, or by prominent notice on the ph363 website, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the ph363 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using ph363 and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, the ph363 platform, or your account that cannot be resolved informally through ph363's customer support channels will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact ph363 customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute. ph363 will endeavor to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days.
